The School Improvement and Accountability section is responsible for:

• Managing the School Review process in the Grampians Region
• Providing support and advice to schools in the processes of School Self Evaluation, School Strategic Planning and Annual Reporting to the School community.
• Overseeing school compliance with requirements set out in the School Accountability and 
  Improvement Framework for Victorian Schools.
• Co-ordinating and managing the Regions's stratefy and budget for supporting School Improvement in schools selected for support.
• Monitoring the performance of all regional schools.
• Monitoring indicators of regional performance.

The School Improvement and Accountability section works closely with Senior Education Officers in supporting them in their School Improvement role.

The Manager - School Improvement and Accountability also has a responsibility for regional planning.
